.REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

Please be sure to Contact us with any and all questions and inquiries prior to completing your purchase as there will be no refunds or exchanges of garments due to the sensitive nature of most products.

Made-to-Measure and Bespoke garments are non refundable. Deposits are non refundable once supplies are ordered/production starts or two weeks after payments are made {whichever occurs first}. Deposits will be refunded on request, less a 25% consultation and slot holder's fee. 

You will be allowed 14 days upon receiving your package, to return or exchange any proven defective garments or non-clothing/garments.  Non-clothing products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened or disturbed, and have original tags affixed in their original position. The original receipt must be present so please retain a copy for your own records. Any garment containing a defect must be 'production-caused,' not due to negligent care of garment or product. Garment must have proper tags still affixed as well as the original packaging the garment or product was shipped in.
